I qualified as a yoga instructor in 2009, focusing on Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Hatha/Viniyoga. I’ve since deepened my practice through immersion in Anusara, Bhakti, and urban priestess trainings.
My Boston and online classes are tailored to the needs of the day, accounting for who’s there and what we’re seeking to transmute.
